About the Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 can chickpeas
• 4–6 sundried tomatoes in oil
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 1 garlic clove
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Water to loosen
• Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Add water if too thick.
Taste, adjust, and serve with a drizzle of oil or chopped sundried tomatoes on top.
