Ingredients
• 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
•  1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for
smoothness)
•  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
•  A pinch of sea salt (optional, for extra
   flavour)
Preparation
1. Toast the Pumpkin Seeds
2. Melt the Chocolate. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract if using.
3. Combine the Pumpkin Seeds and Chocolate:
4. Form the Clusters by scooping small amounts of the chocolate-pumpkin seed mixture and then put in the fridge to harden.
