Ingredients
200 g vegan block
300 g plain flour
300 g carrots (grated)
1tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
powdered sugar (for decoration)
stewed apples
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour with vegan block and add salt, baking powder and finely grated carrot.
Step 2
Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
Step 3
Make stewed apple jam
Step 4
Then we roll out the dough using a rolling pin into a thin pancake.
Step 5
We cut out small circles.
Step 6
Put jam on each wheel.
Step 7
We fold the wheels in half, press the edges so that the filling does not flow out of them.
Step 8
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C until the dough is golden brown.
Step 9
While still warm, sprinkle with sugar.
